  1. First, submerge pump in water. The pump will not* run if it is plugged in and then put underwater, it needs to be underwater first.

  2. Next, connect the pump to the solar panel by matching up the flat sides of the two connectors. Pump will not work if not correctly connected.

  3. Place solar panel(s) in full sun. The solar pump will work when it is cloudy, but not when shade is created by solid objects such as your person, buildings, branches, leaves or shadows covering the panel.

  4. Assemble extension tubes and select nozzle. See the instruction manual for further details for your project and application. Have fun testing the different attachments!
